Refund and Returns Policy

At AWSAvenue, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms under which products purchased from AWSAvenue and its associated brands may be returned or refunded.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery (you may change this period if needed)

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Items purchased on clearance or during special sales (unless defective)

  • Innerwear, socks, or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will review and approve the request

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

  • Exchange shipping costs may apply

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
